The Thunder 30 Head is an affordable tube amplifier head by the famous British amplifier maker Orange. This head produces a modern sound while effortlessly swaying from sparkling cleans to big rock and black metal. Its Dirty channel is modelled after the one on the Rockerverb, allowing you to accurately tune your overdrive thanks to the wide mid range - from scooped to metal to boosted for a fat lead tone. This 30W head even produces beautiful harmonic overtones at full gain! Naturally, the TH30H BLK has a rugged housing.

A versatile, high-quality amp head

Thanks to its versatile sounds, the Orange Thunder 30 (with its tube effects loop) is suitable for an exceptionally wide range of music genres and playing styles. Optionally connect a foot switch to conveniently switch between the amp's two channels - each with its very own characteristics. What's more, you can choose whether you want to use two or four tubes and to halve the power with the full-half switch so you can play at lower volume (7, 15 or 30 watts) while retaining the original sound.
